Never made it to Oakland! I did, however, check out a controversial building South
of Market last Spring. Here's a picture of the Cubix building. 300 and 400 square feet of space was going for $250,000. It was awesome! Walking distance to everything and all the amenities a person could ask for in a tight little space. My favorite: the Murphy bed and the heated floors!
